It gives me great pleasure to provide a reference for the Training Organisation Back to Basics and Mr. Phil Stephens (Trainer).

During the period of 2009 to 2014, I Dean Cantrell personally undertook numerous training courses that were conducted by Back to Basics.

An accumulation of these training courses has seen me obtaining a Builder Medium Rise QBCC License, and the business of Cantrell Industries P/L obtaining a Builder Medium Rise QBCC License.  

The business has grown rapidly since 2015 to date.  We undertake a variety of differing works within the construction industry in Qld.

The professionalism and motivation of Mr. Phil Stephens and the organisation of Back to Basics was outstanding.  They were great with feedback on assignments and in a timely manner. During the undertaking of assignments, the consultation process was unbelievable and so valuable.
