Dear Phil, Wendy & the team at Back to Basics, 

 Just wanting to thank you all for the support & constant feedback for the two year duration of my builders management package.

The system the company has in place is very well laid out which makes completion very achievable, even while working a full time job.

Completion of my Certificate 4 & Diploma in building was at times challenging, but with accessible support of the assessors I was able to ask questions and get appropriate guidance to gain plenty of useful industry appropriate knowledge. 

Many thanks again to the team at Back to Basics. Extremely professional and highly knowledgeable, I cannot praise them highly enough.
