General Question

A:

We provide all textbooks, drawings, and sundry items that you may need to complete your chosen course at no additional cost.

A:

No. All course materials, assessment tasks and results are delivered via email with student support available via email and phone.

A:

We recommend 10 -15 hours a week to complete in the allocated timeframe. We recommend one task every 3 weeks from the start of your course to finish in the allocated course timeframe.

Student support is available by email or phone during business hours 9am-4pm Monday - Friday NSW time.

You must be 18 years of age or over, have Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills appropriate for the course level that you are undertaking, have access to a computer (including internet for research and emails) and a Year 10 level of Maths or equivalent. Site experience would be an advantage.

A:

Speak to student support before registering. They can help determine, from the information you provide, which course would be best suited to your needs.

A:

We aim to have results back to you within 7 days from time of submission. You will be assessed as Competent or Not Yet Competent. If a Not Yet Competent result is received, you will have several further attempts available to resubmit the task after making changes according to the feedback you received.

We offer interest free monthly payment plans using Visa or Mastercard.

You can enrol at any time.

Contact Back to Basics via our website.  Student support will respond to your enquiry and call you to discuss your needs and goals.

They will then send you registration forms and further information on payment plans and the course you have selected. 

Fill out the registration forms and email them back to us with a copy of your current photo ID.

Once the deposit is received your coursework will be emailed to you.
