This dual qualification course is designed to allow students to complete one well-developed construction training course that allows them to attain both the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) and the CPC50220 Diploma of Building & Construction (Building).

As this is a dual qualification, on successful completion, you will receive:
- The Qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) which is made up of 16 Units of Competency – (13 Compulsory Units & 3 Elective).
- The Qualification CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) which is made up of 18 Units of Competency – (13 Compulsory Units & 5 Elective)
