The CPC40120 – Cert IV in Building and Construction training through Back to Basics was excellent because the presenter used real-life experiences to show how to improve my skills in the building industry. All the materials and other documentation were made available as per the training schedule.I really enjoyed the course and Phil’s valuable information with real time examples were tremendous helpful along with his quick review and clarification. His feedback was specific, balanced, positive, respectful and supportive. Wendy, who look after the student records and engagement was highly professional and facilitated with all necessary information. The course was delivered to a high standard with useful information, and I feel more confident to deal with real time situations during my tenure in the building industry.
