Dear Phil and Wendy,

I wanted to write and give you both a massive thank you for all your help and support over the past 2 years. If it wasn't for Wendy's reminder back in October last year I would have totally forgotten to complete the course. 

Wendy, you have been amazing to talk to you when I call in. You're always positive and I can feel the energy through the phone. The care you show and the sincerity of wanting all students to complete tasks and pass their modules is something you don't come across in our current society. You have genuine care and belief in everyone and it is lovely to see.

Phil, where do I begin. Every time I speak with you, you're either having a ball or a pearler! Your demeanour never changes and the positivity coming from you is sensational! The amount of calls and emails back and forth about assessments and never have you complained or had an issue, only advice on what you need and getting it done. You have been amazing to deal with and I sincerely appreciate the help and assistance you have given me while I have been trying to run a very busy business.

I would definitely recommend Back To Basics as a training provider for anyone wanting to complete their builders license. The support is phenomenal and there is no such thing as failing, only becoming competent!
